Decaffeinated using the innovative Mountain Water Process, developed by Descamex in Córdoba, Veracruz, this coffee undergoes a chemical-free caffeine removal process. Using pure water from Pico de Orizaba, this method ensures up to 99% of the caffeine is removed while preserving the vibrant flavour and aroma that make this coffee exceptional.
